Booking Policy

Reserving your date.

A signed agreement and 35% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve an event date. Dates are not guaranteed until both have been received.

Styling Experience Agreement

Contract protections.

  • ◆Client is responsible for venue approval and permissions.
  • ◆Client is responsible for accurate event information.
  • ◆Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions.
  • ◆Design elements may vary slightly based on material availability.
  • ◆Client assumes responsibility for guest interaction after installation.
  • ◆VannChris is not responsible for damage caused by guests, children, venue staff, vendors, or third parties.
  • ◆Venue access limitations may affect installation scope.
  • ◆Final balance is due before installation begins.
  • ◆Force majeure protection applies to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • ◆Limitation of liability clause applies as set forth in the full agreement.
  • ◆Photos may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless declined in writing.

The full Styling Experience Agreement and acknowledgment will be provided for signature before your event date is reserved.
