How we look after your data.
This page is maintained by VannChris Photobooths to answer common security and privacy questions about our booking site. It is editable project content and is not a Lovable certification or an independently verified audit report.
Accounts and authentication
Customers do not need an account to browse packages or request a quote. Bookings and contract signing use one-time secure links sent to the email you provide.
Our internal admin area is restricted to the studio owners. Admin sign-in is protected by email-and-password authentication backed by our hosting provider, with role checks enforced on every privileged action.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is built on Lovable Cloud, which provides our managed database, authentication, file storage, and serverless functions. Traffic to the site is served over HTTPS.
We rely on the platform's built-in protections — including row-level security on every customer-data table — so that bookings, leads, payments, and contracts cannot be read or modified by other site visitors.
What we collect and why
When you request a booking or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, event details, and any notes you send. This information is used solely to plan, confirm, and deliver your event.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Payments and contracts
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number, CVC, and expiration are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only a payment reference and amount for reconciliation.
Signed contracts are stored in a private storage bucket and are only accessible to the studio owners and to you via the secure link we send.
Services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the site:
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, storage, authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email (booking and contract notifications)
- Google — embedded reviews and optional sign-in
Keeping and deleting data
Booking, contract, and payment records are retained while they are needed to deliver your event and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution.
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us using the contact below.
